Client was riding his bicycle down city streets when a car failed to see him and turned into him. When he fell he injured his wrist while bracing for the impact. The resultant injury required that he miss work for several days, but he was able to recover relatively quickly. The insurance company initially offered only $1,500 and would not go any higher in direct negotiations with the client. After the client hired us we were able to secure a $10,000 settlement on behalf of the client.
