Client was accused of a traffic issue in late 2021 which could possibly have caused him to lose his CDL which would have resulted in the loss of his ability to make a living to support his family. After filing several motions and preparing the case for trial we were able to win a dismissal as a result of the government not being prepared for trial at the time the case was called for a trial.
